Return and Refund Policy for Peachy Gems

1. Returns
At Peachy Gems, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your jewelry purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition. All original packaging including gift boxes, bags, receipts, shipping order slips, and certificates of authenticity, must be included. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps: Contact our Customer Service team at peachygemsstore@gmail.com or through the Customer Chat Support box available on the website to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Package the item and all original slips/contents securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the provided return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
1.3 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at peachygemsstore@gmail.com or through the Customer Chat Support box available on our website.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your jewelry item for a different size, style, or design, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your jewelry item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Cancellation of Orders.
Orders may be cancelled no later within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with order cancellations.
